 Yes! We’ll review the storyboard on a Google Meet. If you love it, I’ll proceed. If not, you can share feedback and I’ll adjust direction—this counts as your one included revision. 

 Yes! Videos are delivered in 1:1 format, which fits most platforms. 

Need a different size (like 16:9 or 9:16) after work has been completed? That’s an additional fee because it sometimes requires a full retool, which is a little beyond just resizing. We recommend you use the standard 1:1 that is included. It will work. 

If you are insistent that you want a size different than 1:1, we can accommodate - it's just best that you must let us know before work begins. 

 Yes — We include one revision during the storyboard phase. Any changes requested after final delivery fall under post-production and require an additional fee. These must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving the final file.

This is a piece of custom digital art, handcrafted for you. That’s why clear, early communication is essential to getting the best result.

We use a blend of premium AI platforms and editing tools to bring each project to life. I don’t publicly list my tools to protect the IP of my creative process.

Like great food, great video takes time. 

We don’t rush the creative process. We craft each one with care. Turnaround is typically 7 - 10 business days, depending on your package. Most of the time, we can deliver sooner, but the longer time window allows a cushion to problem-solve because AI video is just as much a science as it is an art. It requires a lot of experimentation at times, and sometimes communication between us and you, the customer. The video is custom to you, and each video is unique.  

AI video is still an emerging technology, and results can sometimes be unpredictable. That said, we've developed a custom process that accurately captures your likeness a large percentage of the time. There is a reason why we cannot guarantee your spitting image 100% of the time. 

When it may not be perfectly identical on the first try, we take extra care to refine the visuals and the prompts— ensuring that what you see on screen looks either just like you, or so close that the difference is almost imperceptible. That's why having multiple pictures or selfies of you is important to the process. Our goal is to make you feel seen — literally.

No — we do not animate celebrities (living or deceased), or any living individual without their clear consent.  

We may apply a custom overlay that reflects your brand to maintain the artistic integrity and protect the uniqueness of your video. It helps prevent unauthorized reuse and ensures that your video remains a one-of-a-kind visual experience.
